These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 28jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 28jl website located at https://28jl.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

28jl supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Supported payment methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 28jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal Timeframes: 28jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

By participating in any game on 28jl, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 28jl staff, support agents, or other players.

28jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in connection with your account.
• Identification of the account as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Identification of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 28jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such termination arises from fraudulent conduct, abuse of promotions, or other material violations. Where termination is not related to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

You may voluntarily close your 28jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

All content on the 28jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 28jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 28jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 28jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 28jl platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 28jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Any gaming losses incurred through normal gameplay on the platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 28jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
